Agriturismo La Rocca

    The family farm “La Rocca” was founded by grandfather Attilio in 1950. This is when we started to produce wines that are typical of the Lake Garda area including Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto.

    A little later, Attilio opened his own tavern on the Bardolino wine itinerary road. In addition to offering the wines of his company, he also sold bread, salami and eggs, all home-made fresh produce.

    Then along came Luigi and his wife Mari who decided to start a farmhouse holiday business to complement the wine-making activities.

    In this way, they enlarged and restored the existing structure and the current farmhouse holiday business became a reality.

    The farmhouse La Rocca is still managed by our family. Luigi takes care of the countryside, the vines and the winery, with the same spirit as grandfather Attilio. Instead, Mari likes to stay by the stove to cook. She is the one who prepares the delicious cakes and biscuits that you find at breakfast. Then we have their sons Marco and Stefano. One is the chef who runs the restaurant “La Rocca”, while the other manages the bookings and the rooms.
